![]() ![]() You won’t be able to adjust them with the delay knob, but I think that might be what you want. Then when you switch to that preset it won’t matter where the other knobs are pointing, the parameters will be what you set them to in the editor. Click on the knob that controls them, then you could set the curve to be flat all the way across at your desired values (123 ms and 456 ms, for example), or set your desired value when the knob is fully counter-clockwise, or high noon – any setting you’ll remember and can dial in easily.Īnother approach would be to set the delay parameters to your desired values as you did in the video and remove those parameters from the potentiometers in the mapping window. What you can do is edit the graph for the Delay and Delay2 in the Mapping window of the toneprint editor. Changing values as you’ve done will work for parameters that are not affected by any of the controls, but otherwise you need a different strategy. You can set values in the editor, but as soon as you touch the knob or load a new toneprint they will change to whatever the knob mapping says they should be. The problem is that those settings you changed are controlled by the potentiometers. Its a shame too, because the X4 sounds fine and the toneprint editor is really cool for making the ratty tape echo profiles that I prefer but I just dont trust the thing to work. The toneprints you create are probably getting saved and stored in the pedal just fine. For a while I thought it was just me, but I keep reading about other people having the same problems.
